Study of the microbiome in samples taking from sars-cov-2 infected patients and asymptomatic people intestinal, saliva and pharynx. Registration of demographic and clinical data of the study participants. Analysis of connections between the composition of the microbiome and the severity of the disease, comorbidity, medication and other parameters.
