Description of the research topic:

We study the newly appearing areas of leadership science, focusing on the poll of family businesses (especially: food industry). Nowadays the leadership theories going beyond being based on the dependency on the person and the situation are spreading all over the world. The research analyzes the applicability of these theories in Hungary, focusing both on personal and general leadership issues in an enterprise.
