The country's present environmental degradation problems referring to the environmental effectiveness of the institutional system based on economic, demographic structure and environmental conditions. Environmental problems caused by the harmful consequences (depletion of natural resources, degradation caused by adverse human health consequences) to define, within the country, problems develop ways forward proposals for a sustainable economy, society and environment in the context of a typing of regional system.
