Description of the research topic:

Expositions of the main mind-body theories: functionalism, identity theories, property-dualism, eliminativism, fictionalism. The concept and problems of supervenience-physicalism. Naturalism and physicalism. Problems of mental causation: epiphenomenalism and the exclusion-argument. Debates surrounding the most prominent anti-physicalist arguments: the knowledge-argument, the explanatory gap argument, inverted and absent quale arguments. The phenomenal concept strategy against dualism.
