Description of the research topic:

This research investigates Islamic architecture and its specific philosophical effects on its creativity; it shows how Islamic law has the main role in this architecture; it shows the connection between the Islamic architecture and nature, as well as how Biophilic, discusses how such a modern term could be applied to Islamic architecture and its impact on western architecture. The main objectives of the proposed work are to investigate the impact of nature on Islamic architecture and urban spaces, presenting examples of biophilic design of Islamic architecture and choosing some examples of western buildings, which had been affected by it from details to the interior spaces till the exterior.
