Description of the research topic:

Doctoral students admitted to the thematic unit Ancient metaphysics and theology shall pursue their studies, and engage in research about a well-defined topic of metaphysical thought, from the Presocratics to the late antique commentators of Aristotle, or of ancient theology, also broadly construed, including also topics of the interconnections between these fields.
