Description of the research topic:

The human risk of staff should also be considered when selecting for jobs subject to national security controls. The aim of the research is to refine this human risk assessment and to propose a new model. Employees’ commitment to organization and profession may be able to support expected workplace behavior, thus partially predicting risks. In addition to the classical approach to human risk, the lack of full assessment of organizational competencies, commitment and competencies required to fill the job, among other things, increases the chances of later non-compliance and turnover intention.
Research purposes:
1. Incorporate organizational and professional commitment into human risk assessment systems.
2. Development of a new risk management system to increase the success of recruitment and selection, to promote long-term employment.
3. Recommend long-term solutions to the public sector to reduce human risks using the tools of strategic management.
