Description of the research topic:

vaccines efficacy at the University of Debrecen

In the study, demographic, clinical (medical history, presence of comorbidities, risk factors, complaints at hospitalization, status, severity scores), laboratory and imaging data, as well as data on treatment (specific and non-specific) and disease outcome, will be extracted from the patients infected by COVID-19 vírus. An epidemiological database will be built using a so-called "master template" in .xlsx format.
The results of the study of post-vaccination protection against COVID-19 provide insights into various aspects of vaccines used in the control of COVID-19 infection in the domestic population, such as the impact of previous infection and vaccine use on antibody levels, cellular immunity and the likelihood and severity of subsequent infections.
