Description of the research topic:
The aim of the research is to develop an innovative methodology that allows the appropriate combination of various diagnostic and structural monitoring methods with satellite radar-based investigation (e.g. InSAR = Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar). Data fusion opens up new possibilities for monitoring procedures with enhanced reliability through the combination of methods, thus significantly improving the practical applicability of satellite radar-based methods at existing installations. A satellite radar-based condition monitoring system and associated data processing methodology will be developed in the research, which, in combination with conventional field condition monitoring procedures, will be used to perform continuous monitoring, stability and robustness assessment of engineering structures using multidimensional data fusion and numerical mathematical
