Description of the research topic:

Researchable topics primary focus on the possible upcoming changes of labour law regulation in connection with the lasting nature of the dogmatic grounds. Nowadays it widely known and accepted, that the ‘traditional’ forms of employment are no longer sustainable and acceptable in a growing percent of the work-related relationships, therefore the observation of the new forms is necessary. In such research the present and the future dogmatic structure of law, the scope of labour law, the question of the status of the employer and employee, the content of the contracts and the labour law related effect of those issues can be done.
Since the percent of civil law based contracts are increasing in the labour market, another researchable question could be the new relation of the civil law and labour law, the sustainability of the labour law as an individual branch, and –ultimately – the necessity of labour law too. Among this aspect, and interesting research field could be the presence and the possible survival of the classic labour law values and the social rights too. An individual field could be the connected legislation of the European Union, especially in the field of social politics and jurisdiction.
