Description of the research topic:

Family law is the 'most intimate' area of private law, and, in particular, of civil law, with relative autonomy. Family law is private law, and in this case, the "most intimate" area of relative autonomy of civil law. The legislator regulates family law relations only and when it is absolutely necessary. The globalization of the last decades and the interoperability of borders have changed the direction of family law development in Europe. The aim of the research is to highlight the developmental tendencies of family law based on the classical legal institutions of family law and to explore the areas in which the legislator or the lawyer is to be solved in Hungary and in Europe.
