Description of the research topic:
Contract law is constantly changing in line with the constantly changing economic environment. The law-enforcement governed by the legislature can fulfill its function if it is applied in practice, all regulations are in vain in the absence of these. The aim of the research is to point out the changes in contract law through the examination of some of the dogmatic fundamental questions of contract law, taking into account the solutions of European countries, the European and international model rules and the unification aspirations.
