Description of the research topic:

Under earth conditions melts are flowing. The rate of melt flow can be increased by rotating or travelling magnetic field. Microstructure of solidified Al-Al3Ni Eutectic, which were formed by induced melt flow, is investigated as a function of rate of melt flow.
