Description of the research topic:

Mit der Digitalisierung ergeben sich auch im Bereich der Rechtsanwendung und Rechtsprechung vielfältige Innovationen. Diese erlauben u.a. völlig neue Geschäftsmodelle. Hier sollen Stand und Entwicklung des sog. „LegalTech“ konzpetionell und empirisch untersucht werden und mögliche Konsequenzen für das Rechtssystem erörtert werden.
