Description of the research topic:

Verifying a specific effectivity of the biofeedback method based on heart rate variability used for stress reduction in an experimental situation among healthy university volunteers. Involving other biofeedback methods, e.g. neurofeedback, into the stress reduction. Alleviation of the stress in clinical samples: in anxiety and affective diseases and cardiometabolic disorders.
