Description of the research topic:
The research topic focuses on new regulatory instruments of financial law. As a result of the challenges of the 21st century, financial regulation is becoming more and more complex and integrated into many policies. In this context, the emergence of environmental sustainability and digitalisation in certain areas of financial law (tax law, tax administration, public procurement) can be highlighted. Accordingly, it is possible to examine these trends comprehensively, as well as to analyze the specific areas separately. The research methodology provides opportunity for both theoretical research and empirical data and/or case processing.
