Description of the research topic:

The transformative service research examines in a complex way the relationships between the side of the service provider and the consumer, too. The fulfilment of service interactions, the accessibility to high quality services and the service performance influence on the wellbeing of individual and society. Actual and important issue how the services play role in the quality of life of different consumer groups (e.g. seniors), and whether there are specialities based on the size of municipality (e.g. large cities).
