Description of the research topic:

Processing of APIs with modified physico-chemical parameters prepared by crystallization in solid dosage form. Tablet preparation, quality control of tablets according to the requirements of Pharmacopoeia, statistical analysis, instrumental analytical investigations.
Investigation of drug and excipient compatibility by instrumental analytical methods (differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry, spectroscopic examinations (FT-IR, RAMAN), powder X-ray diffractometry).
