Description of the research topic:

Nowadays the application of deterministic and stochastic mathematical models in the management of maintenance processes of technical devices is becoming more and more widespread.
In the framework of this PhD thesis we intend to work out theoretical methods of maintenance decision-making based on modern mathematical models.

Specific research areas can be selected from:

1. development of multidimensional stochastic modeling of maintenance processes;
2. analysis of uncertainties in mathematical of maintenance processes.
