Description of the research topic:

An important component in achieving organizational goals is the quality of the organizational culture, the leadership style of the leaders, the communication and the relationship with the colleagues. Within the framework of the research area, the organizational culture of different sports organizations can be examined with the known organizational culture models, and the leadership styles typically used in sports can also be identified. Comparisons can be made between different sports organizations (e.g. within a sport).
