Innovative employment schemes involve all employment solutions that differ from traditional employment relationship including among others atypical work arrangements, platform work, (virtual) foreign assignments or outsourced work. Researches are highly needed that analyse work schemes stretching the dogmas of labour law and employment together with their impact on overall organizational performance.
