Description of the research topic:

In the past hundred years, organization theory became a decisive social science discipline. This subject research tries to explain and often even influence what happens in organizations. These types of research using quantitative and qualitative methodology, accept a sizeable theoretical diversity and try to clarify the world of organizations. Organization theory interprets organizational reality not via a management lens but through research and explanation of organizational structures and their effects on people.
