Description of the research topic:

The importance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the national economy is indisputable. They play an important role in economic and social development (eg innovation, employment). Establishing companies, financing growth is in many ways. 4F, the use of internal financial resources, venture capital, bank borrowing and the IPO can be considered a traditional solution.
Mechanism of funding decisions - qualitative research topic.
SME capital structure - quantitative research topic.
