Description of the research topic:

Minimalist syntax is a type of generative syntax, which uses the operations Merge, Move and Agree, and assumes that the only generative component of grammar is narrow syntax. The doctoral student’s research applies this framework to a freely chosen empirical area of natural language syntax.
