Description of the research topic:

The research topic announced for the present academic year follows the traditions of the Department of Mongolian and Inner Asian Studies: the philology-based education and fieldwork among various Mongolian ethnic groups. The candidates are invited to elaborate Mongolian oral (field records) or/and written (archive-materials) text corpora connected to one of the traditional research field of the Department, i. e. religions and beliefs, folklore and nomadic culture of Mongolian ethnic groups..
