Description of the research topic:

The research topic focuses on exploring the notion of “professional identity”, the stage of formation of university faculty’s teaching capabilities, and their needs and expectations in this domain in the international context. Empirical research is required in the field of academic development to support and enlarge the existing perceptions of the role of teaching and learning in the formation and life of scholars.
