Description of the research topic:

Fragments based drug discovery became a popular and viable strategy for the identification of lead compounds for various drug targets. During the PhD work our objective is identifying active fragments that can be further optimized to lead molecules or pharmacological tools suitable for the validation of the research concept both in vitro and in vivo.
