Description of the research topic:

The topic gives the possibility to research the student-centered learning environment by focusing on the effective classroom management vs. practice of teaching. Particular attention is paid to the various ways of teaching and assessment in which teachers can support learners to find their own ways to the successful learning and empowering either in public or higher education. The applicant can read and analyze English or German professional literature and has basic skills in statistics and willing to learn to use statistical software on a high level to perform quantitative or qualitative researches.
