Description of the research topic:

The topic gives the possibility to research on teachers’, helpers’ and supporter adults’ personalities, activities and thinking, their beliefs, the process of evolving into educators and parents, as well as their continuous development. The applicant should be able to read English or German professional literature, and has basic skills in statistics or willing to learn to use statistical software to perform quantitative and qualitative research.
