Description of the research topic:
Investigating teachers’ psychological wellbeing is a new research field of the pedagogy of the 21st century. The ideal applicant has already had relevant practice in public and adult education, has acquired holistic knowledge in wellbeing models developed internationally, especially in English-speaking regions, and is practiced in pedagogical research using quantitative and qualitative methods. Thus the applicant is able to contribute to domestic and international research programmes in order to identify the risk- and protective factors of teachers’ wellbeing in professional and personal contexts, and, at the same time, can create a theoretical or practical product for supporting pedagogical practice.
