Description of the research topic:
Researchable topics cover the basic questions of the history of Hungarian jurisdiction. The relevant topics can be comprised judicial processes of the 18-21st century in consideration of the effect of foreign law on national law. In case of interpretation of justice, we can apply institutional, substantive or procedural legal approach because the concept of justice is applied in a wider sense. Research topics, on the one hand, could be theoretical and on the other hand, practical focusing on relevant jurisprudence. The analysis of relevant case law can require researcher to apply archival investigations. Emphasized topic is research of development of native procedural law. Furthermore, an important investigational question can be regarded how jurisprudence had an effect on practice of law.
