Description of the research topic:

Social innovation is a collective concept of social phenomena that includes the following employment-related questions: What is workplace innovation? How are classic dogmatic labor law concepts transformed? That is why, first and foremost, it will be necessary to examine questions about how the concepts of employee and employer are changing in the new digital environment, and whether the new employment law can be interpreted at the level of labor law at all. Social law issues should be examined in parallel with fundamental rights issues. How can the right to social security be enforced in the event of mass redundancies in the labor market due to robotisation? The topic is extremely complex and diverse, but a central issue can still be identified. And this central question is how the conceptual and dogmatic relations of classical labor law relations are transformed as a result of social innovation and how these will affect social security.
