Description of the research topic:
During the research work, it is possible to produce predispersions using nanotechnological methods and then to develop a suitable inhalation powder form using drying technologies for the treatment of target pulmonary diseases (COPD, CF). Predispersions are prepared by mechanical / sonic cavitation or wet milling. Preparation of freeze-dried or spray-dried solid phase products and micrometry, structural, in vitro release and lung deposition assays.
