Description of the research topic:
Possible answers of hotel industry to new security challenges due to epidemics: Hotel industry is very sensitive to changes of the world. According to experiences the confidence of guests is extremely fragile. Under specific epidemiological conditions tourists don't travel or they try to reduce risks. The consequence of to the lack of relevant information, or the fear of the virus, is uncertainty of tourists, which consequence is a significant financial loss for hotels.
The fundamental goal of this research is the method of creating and coordinating new action programs for improving the sense of security of guests, because this can be one basic part of the complex program, that a hotel can offer for tourists.
