Description of the research topic:

In the last decades, tourism product development has become a decisive factor in tourism development. As tourism becomes a general social phenomenon, almost every region can join the circulation of tourism and become a potential destination. For most of the tourists not only the popular and well known touristic destinations can be the target places, but also any destination where a modern range of tourism products in accordance with consumer needs and motivations are available. Thanks to this, local natural and cultural values and heritage elements have become more valuable for tourism.
