Description of the research topic:

The competitiveness of Hungarian regional centres is highly influenced by
the amount and composition of accessible human resources. During the past
decade the mobility of Hungarians has increased significantly, more and more
people takes part in migration, while the country itself has been reached by
international migration. Within the framework of this topic we can
investigate how migration can influence the locally accessible pool of human
resources.
