Description of the research topic:

Most of the Hungarian lakes and streams cannot be surveyed by conventional high-resolution sonar systems. The main goal of this project is to find alternative remote sensing techniques (sonar an radar devices) to map hydro-morphological phenomena regarding to the common GIS concept.
