Description of the research topic:
Sexual health is not only a medical issue, but also an important sociological and psychological issue which - according to the bio-psycho-social approach - must be approached through a multidimensional way. According to the World Health Organization’s definition, Sexual health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality: not just the absence of disease, dysfunction or disability. The aim of the research is to assess the sexual health status and to measure the socio-demographic background of certain characteristics (sexual disorders, paraphilic disorder, etc.) among the population over 18 years. Data is collected through an online self-reported questionnaire.
