Description of the research topic:

Characterization of the rock body affected by palaeo fluid migration. Identification of the migration pathways; investigation of the structural geological evolution of the area. Analysis of mineralogy, petrology as well as geochemistry of formations, which may contain remnants of the ancient fluids (fractures fillings, cement phases). Reconstruction of the physical (temperature, pressure, density) and chemical (fluid composition) properties of the migrated palaeo fluids. Based on direct and/or indirect evidences estimation of the age of fluid migration.
