Labour law is a so-called "cross-laying"branch of law,which mixes the elements of civil law and administrative law.It is needed to study the history of labour law and its connection to the branches of law mentioned above.

The clarification of the topic will be concluded according to the research plan discussed by the applicants and supervisors.
