Description of the research topic:
This topic focuses on the protective function of labour law regulation by means of presenting institutions. The parts of the topic are the followings:
1. Employee status: focusing on disadvantaged groups, employees with changed working ability, on the distinction between employee – employee-like – self-employed people.
2. Labour relations: effect of risk management between the employer and employee on the individual and collective labour relations.
3. New employment forms: atypical employment under the pressure of protection and flexibility.
The clarification of the topic will be concluded according to the research plan discussed by the applicants and supervisors.
