Description of the research topic:
Historical, dogmatical and comparative legal comprehensive analysis of the agricultural holding system's subjective (organisation system) and objective (ownership and use relations of agricultural land) side.
Research of rural development's conditions and limits, in particular the special financial and tax, support and financing issues.
International and Hungarian priorities and results of social, employment policy, economic and environmental segments of sustainable development in the legislative process.
Dogmatical foundation and system of environmental law's liability system in areas of civil law, administrative (infringement) law, criminal law with Hungarian and international outlook.
System of energy law, in particular legal regulation of traditional and renewable energy sources.
Contexts, anomalies and improvement's possible alternatives of agricultural and environmental law's registers in the light of land registration, land-use registration, LPIS, VINGIS etc. and the Hungarian Agri-environmental Programme.
Issues of improvement of special administration system (related to human and natural resources) and administration norms in the light of the Hungarian and international regulation.
The clarification of the topic will be concluded according to the research plan discussed by the applicants and supervisors.
