Description of the research topic:

Rule of law and rule of laws. The formation and the theory of the German Rechtstaat and the anglo-american rule of law from the point of view of constitutionalism.

Constitutional principles of public administration. Constitutional principles in the procedure of the public authorities. Constitutional foundations of administrative organization.

The clarification of the topic will be concluded according to the research plan discussed by the applicants and supervisors.

Fundamental rights and their system. Interpretation and application of the several fundamental rights.
