Description of the research topic:
In everyday life, the two most visible fields of international law are the international protection of human rights and that of the environment - an inadequate functioning of these does not remain hidden even for lay eyes. These two - strongly interrelated - fields face one challenge after another in the 21st century, therefore, their assessment remains as topical as ever. The actual realization of the international regulatory framework as well as the more and more enhancing international jurisprudence in this regard are of particular interest . The concrete topic is determined in mutual understanding with the candidate.
