Description of the research topic:

The main purpose of the research is to seek psychophysiological correlates of higher order cognitive functions such as perception of abstract information, anticipation, reward valuation and decision making. Possible applied research areas: neurocognitive effects of non-ionising electromagnetic fields; investigation of the effects of psychoactive agents on cognitive processigng. Technical background: high performance electroencephalography (EEG), electromyography (EMG), electrocardiography (EKG), eye movement control, formal behavioral paradigms.
