Description of the research topic:

Among the writers of the early works on (natural) sciences there were several Protestant authors, who usually were interested in linguistic issues and used their mother tongue very consciously. The investigation is a comprehensive survey of the stock, use and characteristics of terms appearing in early works on (natural) sciences in the Hungarian (or a foreign) language, which, as a result of its scope, requires a multidisciplinary research methodology.
