A comprehensive survey of the stock, system, characteristics, use, value, scope and function of exonyms applied in a period of the history of names in the Hungarian (or a foreign) language. The investigation requires a profound knowledge of name theory, a comprehensive understanding of culture and a multidisciplinary research methodology.
