The topic covers the labour market opportunities of a wide range of labour market disadvantaged groups and the issues for increasing their labour market potential. In addition to the identification of spatial structure elements and territorial differences. The topic also concerns the individual factors and the group-specific characteristics, which may influence labour market chances. The labour market conditions of disadvantaged groups is a complex problem embedded at several levels, the dissolution of which can contribute to the development of economic dynamism.
