Public subsidies serve as investment into the elimination of arising economic problem. This investment is from the financial resources of a community to solve an economic problem, to sustain its result and to improve economic indicators. The aim of the research is to investigate the efficient use of public subsidies and to identify the obstacles in front of the objectives.
