By utilizing the rapidly growing and changing (Big Data) data content and the potential of environmental databases, it is possible to analyze the environment and landscape in a larger time resolution and complex way. The evaluation and information servicing monitoring of environmental factors is increasingly exploiting the potential of remote sensing data and various professional GIS systems and methods.
